The standard font for Windows 10 is Segoe UI.
To change it to any other, you should:
1️⃣ Install the Winaero Tweaker utility.
2️⃣ Go to the section "Advanced Appearance Settings" — System font, enable "Use the following font", click "Change system font".
3️⃣ Then select the font you like in the list that opens, click "OK" and apply the new settings by clicking "Sign out now".
You can also change the fonts for individual elements: icons (Icon), context menus (Menus), message boxes (Message Font), status bar (Status Bar Font), and title bars (Title Bars).
